He’s also trained in Fascial Stretch Therapy and massage therapy—so if stiffness or injury is slowing you down, Brandon can help you work through it, both on and off the training floor.

In his group classes, Brandon is known for his attention to detail and ability to adapt workouts for all fitness levels. Whether there are 5 or 25 people in the room, he makes sure each person gets the guidance they need.

What sets Brandon apart is his belief that you don’t need to be fit before you join a gym—you just need the right support when you do. Coach & Personal Trainer

Fatima

Fatima is a personal trainer and group fitness coach at The Rep Room who brings deep empathy, energy, and expertise to every session. With a Health Sciences degree and a Master’s in Kinesiology, she pairs her strong academic background with a decade of real-world coaching experience to help people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives.

What makes Fatima truly relatable is that she didn’t grow up playing sports or spending time in the gym—she found fitness as an adult. She knows exactly how it feels to be a beginner, to feel nervous walking into a gym, and to wonder if you belong. That’s why she’s so passionate about supporting others on their journey—especially those who are just getting started or coming back after time away.

Fatima has coached clients of all ages and fitness levels, from teens to seniors in their 90s. Whether your goal is to lift heavy, move without pain, or simply feel more confident in your body, she will meet you where you’re at and design a program that fits your lifestyle and goals.

Her group classes are known for their high energy, uplifting atmosphere, and strong sense of community. Fatima believes movement should improve your mood, your sleep, your mobility, and your day-to-day life—and she’ll be there cheering you on every step of the way.

If you’re ready to start (or restart) your fitness journey, Fatima is the kind of coach who will believe in you even before you believe in yourself.

Coach & Personal Trainer

Jenn

Jenn is a coach and personal trainer at The Rep Room who’s passionate about helping others feel strong, confident, and proud of their bodies—especially as they age. For Jenn, fitness became personal after having her son. She wanted to be a strong role model, and over time, her focus shifted toward what it means to stay healthy and powerful through midlife and beyond.

Now in her 50s, Jenn is living proof that strength doesn’t have an expiration date. She’s passionate about guiding others through this chapter—particularly women navigating perimenopause and menopause—by creating a supportive space to talk openly about aging, hormones, stress, nutrition, and the realities our mothers never told us about.

Jenn’s approach is rooted in empathy. She’s been the busy mom, the career juggler, and the beginner walking into a gym unsure where to start. She knows how intimidating that first step can be, and she’s here to make it easier—offering individualized support, encouragement, and a realistic path forward no matter your starting point.

In her group classes, Jenn brings energy, laughter, and community. Her sessions are filled with celebration, personal attention, and the kind of encouragement that helps people form real connections—both with each other and with their own strength.

If you’re ready to challenge the old narratives around aging and write a new chapter for yourself, Jenn’s ready to walk that path with you.

Coach, Personal Trainer & Fascial Stretch Therapy Practitioner

Matt

Matt is a coach at The Rep Room who blends technical expertise with a personalized approach to help people move better, train smarter, and build confidence in their bodies. With a background in personal training, group fitness, and Fascial Stretch Therapy, Matt is passionate about making every workout feel tailored—whether you’re in a one-on-one session or a high-energy group class.

Matt didn’t come from a competitive sports background and didn’t begin weight training until his early 20s. That gives him a unique ability to relate to anyone who feels like they’re starting “late” or feels unsure about where to begin. He’s been there—and he’s here to help you feel capable, prepared, and supported every step of the way.

One of Matt’s strengths is helping people overcome fear of injury or re-injury. Whether it’s your first deadlift or you’re coming back from a setback, Matt focuses on preparing your body for the movement—not forcing it—so that you can train with confidence and safety.

His classes may be group-based, but they feel one-on-one. He listens, adapts, and ensures each person is doing the version of the workout that’s right for them. If you’ve ever felt like your body couldn’t keep up or you were nervous to try something new, Matt’s coaching style creates the kind of supportive environment where real progress begins.
If you’re ready to move well, feel better, and open the door to more possibilities in your fitness journey, Matt’s ready to meet you there.
