Meet Jessica Bickell – The Rep Room’s Nutrition Coach
Hi! I’m Jessica Bickell, a fitness and nutrition coach with a passion for empowering individuals to feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies. I own The Rep Room, a functional fitness facility in London, Ontario, where I work alongside an incredible team to create a supportive, inclusive environment for people of all fitness levels.
With years of experience in coaching, I specialize in helping women & men use weightlifting to build both physical and mental strength. I also educate my clients on how to nourish their bodies in a sustainable way, breaking free from restrictive diets and embracing food freedom.
My mission is simple: to help people feel their best through movement and nutrition. Whether it’s someone just starting their fitness journey or an experienced athlete, I focus on creating a plan that meets them where they are, helping them progress toward a long, healthy, and fulfilling life.
